UMASDA is located at 339 Maple St, Unit C, Salinas CA 93901 through the double doors in the corner of the parking lot.
Entering through the double doors, you’ll proceed through the hallway.
Left (South) side of the hallway has the Seibukan lineage display.

Right (North) side of the hallway has our bulletin board, an announcements whiteboard, motivational canvases, and paperwork.
Turning right as you come through the hallway, you’ll see foyer. We have a water dispenser, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, shoe rack and coat rack. A table for snacks, and a treadmill.
Looking left as you come through the hallway you’ll see the Wall of Honor, where our Black Belt graduation records are displayed.

Around the corner from the shoe rack are the two changing rooms.
Turning around from the changing rooms we have the 500 sq foot matted area. Our mats were newly installed in 2023 and handle all martial arts we teach.
The North wall houses our Shomen graphics and the level requirements for IKCA Kenpo®.
The Northwest corner of the mats holds training equipment and a sword display, along with the punching bag mount.
From the middle of the mats, this is the West wall, where the Shomen, Kamidana, whiteboards, and distance learning equipment are seen here.
The South wall of the mats holds the Seibukan power animals displays and weapons racks.
